At Haile Plantation Animal Clinic, we carry a broad variety of prescription pet medications in our in-house pharmacy. If we don’t have a medication in stock, we’ll gladly order it for you. Be sure to call the office before you come in, so we can have your pet’s prescription ready when you arrive.

You can also order prescription medication through your Pet Portal. Pet Portals gives you secure online access to your pet’s prescription history, as well as vaccination and exam status and trustworthy pet health articles. We provide a Pet Portal free of charge to all clients who have an active email address. Just ask our reception staff to set up an account for you.

To order a prescription refill through your Pet Portal, go to your pet’s health records and click on medication history. When you find the medication you want, you can request a refill or place a new order. You can pick up your prescription the same day at our office, or we’ll be glad to ship it to you.
